14 day return period
Our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. During this period, you may inspect the items you have paid for and, provided they have not been tampered with, return them for an exchange or refund. The refund is for the cost of the perfumes, minus the shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns after the stated 14 day period. Defective or damaged issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order or refund may not be possible. Under no circumstances will we offer a refund or exchange goods that have been tampered with, opened or used (unless they are faulty). We will refuse returns claims in an instance where you have used the product and decide that it is not to your liking, or because you think it's different from previous versions you may have tried. Perfumes can vary in scent or scent perception for many reasons; this is not a defect in the delivered product.
Defective or damaged goods
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged or defective, we can provide a replacement item or, where applicable, make a refund. In case of damage or defects, please contact us immediately (see contact details and instructions below)
Customers are required to inspect all items ordered immediately upon receipt. Failure to report any damage within 48 hours of delivery is considered acceptance of the condition of the item. Any damage reported more than 48 hours after signing the delivery MAY be rejected. If a return is accepted, the defective item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories as purchased along with all relevant documents within 14 days of purchase. The customer is required to provide digital photos and a confirmation statement that the item arrived damaged. This information is used to file a claim with our carrier. By purchasing from Try Out Your Scent, you fully agree to these terms and conditions.
We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking when returning an item. If you choose not to use a tracking service (at your own risk), please ensure you have sufficient postage. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver any goods you return to us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a tracking service so that in the unlikely event that you lose an item, you can reclaim the value of the items from the shipping service provider. Returned items that are lost are the responsibility of the sender. Keep your proof of tracking until you receive confirmation or credit for the return.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The costs for returning are for your own account. (see 14 day returns period above for more information)
